I was looking on amazon for GI joes and i saw they had the cobra legion pack on sale for only $99.95

I'm guessing from a seller, not from Amazon. I've seen RPG books for 'sale' at $2500.

I'm really thinking they just really don't want to sell them, but if so, why bother putting them up?
