Where did her grey gun come from? I have one that is black. I have kept it for many years and never figured out where it came from. If anyone knows, I would appreciate it.

Unless it came out after 2003, I do not think it was originally a GIJoe weapon.

Its a Sgt. Savage gun. Like alot of accessories from the con set, there are quite a few from the Sgt. Savage line. The link I posted below also has the Missile launcher from the con set as well.

Yep, all part of the story that cold weather Joes find a WW2 weapons stock pile, hence the Sgt. Savage gear in the set.
