I know that a HISS Driver is coming out with the Target exclusive HISS and Torpedo is supposed to come out with the wave that includes Wild Bill, Rock n Roll, Armored Cobra Commander and Major Bludd, but the rest are news to me if this is really true.

Well, a HISS Driver isn't really coming out with the Target exclusive.

I don't know how real the news is but it certainly doesn't sound unreasonable!

I thought Hasbro specifically said in one of the Q&As that they would not be doing any Tiger Force figures?

Other than that, Wild Bill and Spirit seem perfectly reasonable, though I still think they should show some love to Recondo, Ripcord, and (especially) the BAT before long.

Exactly - I didn't believe them for a second when they said that, or else maybe they just hadn't thought of it yet.

I've wondered this myself with a single pack Hiss Driver. will it just be a release on card of the Trooper repaint being included with the Target Hiss, or will it actually be a newly sculpted Hiss Driver.

Actually, what they said was that if they are going to do any Tiger Force, it won't be for a while yet.
