On the back of the COBRA Legions package, you can see the card art of 25th Ann. Buzzer, but his colors are different. He's got a red shirt and brown pants.

This seems kind of strange. I don't recall seeing any other art on the box sets with variant coloring. Will this be a repaint coming down the road? And if so, why would anyone want this?

That's actually from the deck of cards handed out at the San Diego Comic Con over the summer. I think it was just made to fill out the deck.
