I am thinking about getting Cobra Mt. to display next to my TD to create a massive Cobra HQ.

Does anyone know why it came with a Joe and why that Joe was Shipwreck? It seems a head swap with Duke and the same body would have made at the least a passable Chuckles? If you are wanting an undercover guy.

in spy troops the movie, Shipwreck infiltrates Cobra Mountain disguised as Cobra Commander. the toy was meant to compliment the movie. yes, Chuckles would have been a better choice in the movie, but Hasbro I suppose, was trying to use known characters or at least ones that that they had already made figures of, and introducing Agent Faces was more than enough new characters on his own.

Gotcha. I guess my question should be what in the heck were the writers of Spytroops thinking?!?!?

To be fair, Larry Hama is the credited writer of SpyTroops. Though how much of a hand Hasbro played in the script isn't all that known.

...Cobra Mt. is a great playset, even if it is a reworked Star Wars playset! Throw in the Brainwave Scanner, Venom Chamber, ect. and it gets even better! There's other stuff to throw in also...

That's ok...I can change my question to what in the heck was Larry Hama thinking :p (No matter whose idea it was I think it was horrible!)

Yeah a few Cobra Bunkers wouldn't to bad. I wonder how hard it would be to customize a Sigma CC into a CC statue. Think the infamous Sadam statue that came down after we capture him.

I think one of these would be a better CC to use as a statue:

Wow you are right. One of those painted to resemble a monument, along with a TD, Cobra Mt and a bunch of Cobra Bunkers. That would be one cool Cobra HQ/Cobra Island.
