What is a "Estate Auction"?

Someone dies and the auction their estate...I went to one one day in the paper thinking it was someone moving. I got there and they were selling everything from this guys double-wide...not much of an estate. I did not even enter but realized the owner has passed on.

You dont have to be dead for them to have an estate auction. Some times its from someone who has had everything repossessed or confiscated residence. Its literally when they sell off everything in your home.

Are you referring to that giant lot that sold today?....It was so magically delicious. I wish he would have pictured the rest of the figures that were included.

I asked cuz I saw one on Ebay. Perhaps it was the same.
