I have wanted this on DVD since the late 1990's. Since before I even had a DVD player!
For the uninitiated, this is the original Japanese animation series from which the American lion force Voltron was adapted. It was not a pure dub, a lot of stuff got changed and the body count got edited big time.
There are already a lot of YouTube videos showing some of the cut footage. Just enter Golion and see what really happened to King Zarkon, Lotor and Haggar.
