I have a question about leaving feedback. I know we have a plus one minus one setup for feedback. Now my question is is it right to leave a -1 if you get the part you traded for but had to pester someone for over a month to get it and the communication was horrible? Is this a case to leave a neutral one? Which I don't know if we have, but would basically say the deal was completed but I will not deal with said person again. Any opinions you guys could give would be great.

Was this experience a positive or negative one in your opinion? If it was a negative experience, give them a negative rating. If you are indifferent about it, just don't leave feedback.
