Never one to forgo sound advice, the current Destro recognizes the vital nature intelligence-gathering can play in maintaining a stable empire. While Destro is never one to shy away from a demonstration of overwhelming force - sometimes the greater victory is being able to gather information without the enemy ever realizing one is there.
This is when Destro calls upon the M.A.R.C.C or Mobile Armored Reconnaissance Command Center. High speed and maneuverability get the MARCC in and out of sensitive areas quickly while the MARS patented radar-reflective construction and paint suggest a vehicle of much smaller size to any ground-radar installations.
In those rare occasions when enemy contact is made, the MARCC is capable of everything from simply grabbing the unfortunate individual who stumbled into sight to raining down destruction upon any attacking vehicle in the vicinity. All the while its holographic projectors present images of other vehicles - such as a small squad of HISSes or AWE Strikers - just to further distract and confuse the enemy.
