Whenever you send anything even just a letter get delivery confirmation
and insurance if they clam not to have gotten it the delivery confirmation
will state otherwise and with insurance if the deadbeat don’t come through
You file it lost the post office don’t want to pay you so they go looking for it
and you get the option to get it back. Also with delivery confirmation you
can file mail fraud (I think this is only good in the us I’m not sure) and this works
