Does anybody know who makes this plastic case or if you can still get them anywhere ? Thanks for any info

It must be but I don't know what the dimension of that card back is. Did you try Wholesalecases.com ? They have figure case for figures for other lines that will fit odd sized card Joes. I think it is a Simpsons case that fits vintage Night Force.
