Just found this item at the bottom of a box I purchased over 8 years ago.

Definetly a test shot!! Probably from the 2000 version of the hiss tank w/driver.

I'd assume it's from 2000 as well, based on its color.

I think the 2000 HISS Driver "Rip It" was the only version that used that waist piece.
