yea i have to start out saying this guy is a rip off artist i purchased a 84 storm shadow form MC COMICS INC. off ebay item was described as "GOOD CONDITION" some surface ware and loose joints i dont know about the rest of you collectors out there but good condition does not mean bannanna yelllow with scares all over it...so i asked to have my money refunded he said no his descrition was not misleading ...so im warning all of you not to buy from [email protected] also loose joints does not mean figure will not stand up on his own!!! and 3bucks for shipping when it was put into a padded envelope for 75 cents aint exactly fair either ...hope this saves someone out there from being riped off by this [email protected]@ hole thanx

I for one will never deal with that ass-hole. The picture is really deceptive, it makes it look pretty white to me. What a bastard seller. Well it looks like he will get everything that is coming to him:
Mail Fraud
Internet Fraud
Paypal fraud

I don't ever buy anything from online toystores that sell thousands of items either. They don't care if they sell you crap, and they never leave feedback, unless it's negative. And no matter how badly they treat their customers, ebay NEVER kicks any of them off, because they make so much money for ebay. It's all about the money on ebay now, and it's a shame, because the site owners didn't used to be so greedy.

This place is THE worst I have encountered.
1 in 40 feedback's is a negative feedback. They sold my wife a fake Tag Heuer for $1000 and when we returned it they charged us a 20% restocking fee. That's $200. Ebay paid us back with a fraud claim for the $200.. But they are still selling. Probably in the top 10 of ebay sellers by volume.
