I want to alert everyone about a bad dealer named Wayne Phillips. His eBay ID is wayphi334@aol.com. He is trying to stiff me on a lot of 10 Joes. I sent him $20.32 that I will never see again. He has cancelled his e-mail address and has been suspended from eBay. Apparently I was not the only one who got shafted.

This guy's feedback has apparently been good until the last month, when he started going over to the dark side. He told me he had a family emergency, and I was understanding. Now I am not sure if that is true. I hope it isn't, for his sake.

I called his home and will continue to do so as long as I think I have a chance to get recompensated.

If you have had the same problem, help me figure out a way we can turn this guy straight. Otherwise, give me some advice on what I can do to get him.
