bought a lot of 33 figures from ravenwood on eBay took him over two weeks to ship, one of the figures was broken, and charged $2 insurance but didn't insure the package.

this is the guy that charges $6 to ship single loose figures.

He doesn't answer emails with any regularity either.

The product was otherwise as promised but overall the service sucked.
