I'm needing someone to help me out with what its should be worth. I can send pics of the collection so if anyone is willing to look them over for me send me an email and ill send the pics. mklgns@gmail.com

Feel free to message me, as I may be interested in buyng them. It all depends if you are willing to spend the time to sell them all individually or as a lot. You get more $ individually, but the time may not be worth it to you.

and if you are wanting to sell, there's not a better place then here on yojoe. selling on ebay is sketchy at best anymore. too many people selling the same figures and such. here, you get only the best. from these fans. trust me on that one. look on good trader/ seller list and ask around with everyone on it. they will point you in right direction. not a bad deal with anyone on here (yet). great place to buy and sell

The best thing you can do to make the most money is to sell individually. You should first search the Yojoe archives to make sure what you have bagged is correct. Make sure each weapon goes with each figure. YOJOE.COM | G.I.Joe Action Figure Archive - By Year (http://www.yojoe.com/action/)

The next thing to do after that is check ebay for completed auctions to see what has sold and for how much. Also check the for sale page here to get an idea of current prices.

One piece of general advice: any generic Cobra with all of his accessories (BAT, Viper, Crimson Guard, Eel, Snow Serpent, etc.) is probably going to be the most valuable thing you have. Expect $15-$30 per figure is they are complete and in good condition. The same goes for any Night Force figure (GI Joes from 1988/89). Again, check the archives to make sure they are Night Force figures. If complete, expect $30-$50 each.

What you need to do is take a little time to make sure all of the accessories you have are matched with all of the figures you have. Then you need to take a little more time to check current selling prices on ebay and the for sale section here. Do this, and you will make get the most money possible out of these figures. Just be patient and leave a for sale list up here with the prices you want, and eventually people will pay them if they are reasonable.
