as the topic says, beware of another-evilbay-user. i won a comic off of this person. i emailed him several times to see if comic had been mailed no response. so i emailed him thru ebay an still no response. so at this time i figured i could hang up seeing the comic, so went to paypal to get my money back. they tried to get the funds but he did not have. so now it looks like i will not get the comic or my money.

If he doesn't have the money- on- hand in his Paypal account, they will freeze his account and draw the money from the bank account he has his Paypal linked with. Even if he has a balance of $0.00 in the bank, they will overdraw his account to get your money. As long as you did it within the deadline of 30 days, you are covered! I had to do the same thing to a loser on Yahoo auctions.

well looks like i will not be getting item or refund after requesting it from paypal. i have also reported to ebay an they look like they are not going to do anything either. as far as i am concerned paypal an ebay are no better than this person! there sure have been a lot of deadbeats showing up on ebay and here on yojoe. i guess there is no safe place to trade, sell or buy. again beware of this low life sewer trash!

in less than a month this person has aquired 11 negatives an ebay still does not ban him. just shows that ebay protects the sorry pieces of ____ (fill in the blank). an the honest ebayers have to suffer. what is so stupid is that he has 3 auctions up an going an there are idiots bidding on them. they will learn the hard way. just avoid this crap pile at all cost.

ebay finally did something right. he is now unregistered. only took 14 negatives in less than a month to do it.

well i did not get my item, but paypal finally got my money back. still does not change the fact he lives up to he ebay id.
