Somewhat harder to come by are Zartan's in good shape. I usually find Zartan missing various pieces of his armor, or discolored. Then there's the fact that if his o-ring breaks, it is very hard to change it, like Zandar and Zarana. So I would agree, somewhere in the $20's, or possibly a little more if it is super-minty.
