I just received an uncut Starduster card in the mail. Since this is the first one I've seen close-up, I almost think it's forged. The actual filecard is grey on white cardstock, and the back of the card is white. It also says the copyright is 1985, I didn't think the figure came out until '87. I'm leaning towards fake, but if it is, someone did a great job on it. Can someone with another Starduster filecard help me out? Thanks

I checked my Starduster's filecard. The front of the filecard is printed in grey with a white background on cardstock. The back of the filecard is red. The copyright says 1985 on mine.

i think all mail order figs came with a filecard with a red back.

I think so too, oh well, it's a nice fake and didn't cost me much (another thing that made me scratch my head)..no harm and thanks for the info

just checked mine an it is white/grey front an back is red. the date on mine is 1985.

Can you see any pixellation on closer inspection? Think you can peel the paper apart from the backing? I also heard water will cause the print to smudge.
