Is there a way to remove 1982-up bubbles without damaging the card art?

use an exacto.... itll leave the plastic thats attached to the card, but at least you can get rid of the bubble...

I've heard steam can work...but I'd test it on a newer, worthless figure before experimenting on something from 82.

Just my humble opinion here but if the item is mint on card from 1982 or any year for that matter, I'd leave it and buy a complete loose version instead.

I'm not removing any moc items, I'm just removing the left over plastic left when someone used an exacto knife to remove the bubbles. I'm one to keep moc items the way they are.
