how did every body get one and i did not was it at the convention or mail in offer.

It was part of a mail-in offer that was on the GIJOE.com website. It was offered to promote the SpyTroop movie. Hope that helps. ;)Also the offer expired March 31st.

try posting a want ad on yojoe.com for one, if that doesn't work try ebay. they are pretty easy to come by.

I got two from the promotion. And I got another in a lot of new figs off ebay. It ended being cheaper than the two bucks I spent on the mail in ones.
