Appearantly my clues suck. OK, here are a couple more. 1. The first two clues are related. 2. He was not part of the Joe assault forces during the Cobra Island civil war battle, but he was on the island.

No, in one of the issues, TR uses his credit card at some place near the new PIT. Cobra traces it and gets a lock on the general location of the PIT 2.
