Nothing. It was an envelope that said no-prize on the front and had nothing inside of it.

Basically it was Stan Lee's way of joking back with someone who found a "mistake" in a comic and then explained it away. I found a picture of one on the internet somewhere a while ago, but I have no idea where it is.

I got one once for an Amazing Spider-man issue. It seems as if I just threw it away when I sold all of my comics years ago. Years later, I still have regrets over not having my once coveted empty envelope. :(
