Hey everyone,

Flint v.1 and Chuckles are two of my favorite figures and characters in G.I.Joe. They are good figures but they could've been done better. Taking my cue from their original card art and comic incarnations, I decided to make them into the figures they should've been without having to change their overall uniformed design. Here are my results:

FLINT- Warrant Officer

Flint modifications - I used Battle Corps Flint 94 head and cut the top of his head off and glued a Dial Tone v.1 beret to it I cut off.

CHUCKLES- Undercover

Chuckles modifications - I orignally was going to mold and sculpt a shoulder holster from scratch with epoxy on his torso but found a Heavy Metal 85 torso that works perfectly. I sanded the Heavy Metal torso down, leaving the shoulder holster intact and rebuilding the rest with epoxy to resemble Chuckles' torso. I also molded a watch on his left wrist.

This, IMHO, is how Flint and Chuckles should be...

Excellent work. I was thinking of doing the same thing with Flint's head, but I was going to do it with a Falcon Berret. Now, I'm second guessing myself because I have Dial-Tone and Falcon to choose from.

I like Chuckles. It makes his holster look much more natural and a lot less bulky.
