Does anyone know how to attach an ATARI 2600 to a new televison... Any insight would be appreciated.

I seen on ebay they have these adapters that have both a female and male end. Stick the output cable in one end, and then attach the other to the cable input.

Don't you have the r/f switch? I'm pretty sure the 2600 had the good old 2 prong jack...like the nes and sms. Check out radio shack...those things aren't too much.

Go to Radio Shack and ask them for a RCA phono plug to F jack connector. The only thing is it needs to be a mechanical switch not automatic switch. I'm pretty sure the part number for it is Radio 278-255 or 278-276. It should be under 10 dollars and it's well worth it to be able to play classic games.
