What are these joes? (Thank you)

I have two -- well one and a half joes I cannot find on Yojoe.

I have seen the full (space) figure before but I cannot find it!
I think the head is wrong - dialtone head on (what I thought was on countdown) a space body and a half gung ho (I thought).

Could someone please help identify them?

Not sure how I missed it so many times, i think I even have that figure (which is why it was so familiar).
