BF2000 Pulverizer w/ RED stretchy thing?

Is there a variation of the Battle Force 2000 Pulverizer that has a red stretchy thing? I have seen many blue ones but the picture in the archive is red. Also, I recently saw a red one for sale and I want to see what others think before I buy it.

Thanks for that link. Besides the red part, is it the same as the US vehicle? I noticed the Pulverizer linked above does not have the hose on top of the big cannon. Is it just missing, or was this part not included with the Action Force version?
