How do you collect Variants?

When the accessories are the variation, do you have a separate figure for each accessory variant or just one body with a LOT of stuff?

Case in point: Blowtorch, he has two different helmets, two different flamethrowers, and two different faces. So do you have a dark eyebrows with a soft flamethrower and holes in the helmet? And then a light eyebrows with a soft flamethrower and holes in the helmet? And on and on it goes.

I check out your toy room. Great collection! Is that Grayskull sealed?

I do lookout for variants. I go by "correct" combinations. That is, if a light brown came soft only, that is one variant. But I do not (intentionally anyway) try to mix and match all combinations. Hope that makes sense! And yes, I need a figure for each set of accessory variations.

Nope, Greyskull is not sealed. Thanks for looking at my toy room. It's way too small to display everything. It was a mix of my best and what ever was hot a the moment. It is now my daughters room, the toys have been packed away for a little over three years now.
