    Yeah Jim,

I've included a picture below of the order form. Oddly enough, there's not an expiration date, it just says "while Supplies last" at the bottom. I'm going to try to pull up your old MARZ thread in a minute. I found something that might interest you.

    Here's the order form:

    Thanks,

    Yeah,

There a far cry from $2.50 as well.

    Great info and pic. Thanks.

Was the Starduster figure offer only on the November 1985 boxes or was the offer also on the June 1985 figures?

    Yeah Jim,

The Starduster order form was just on those 3 boxes (Starduster, Flint, Quick Kick).

    Thanks,

So when did the first non-cereal order form appear for ordering Starduster and were those still version A?

Thanks for the welcoming. seems like a pretty cool site. great story on the boxes too. typically i wouldnt drive to pick anything up. ive done it once for my Flagg. drove 2 hours to pick it up. And it was worth it! So I know the feeling.
The only downside to this site is typing in the hard to read two words for each post/reply I make. That sucks.

    Yeah Jim,

I've included some pictures of some order form advertisments. There might be 1 or 2 more, I have all of my paperwork in different areas. I just grabbed these from some of my extra paperwork. I think this is it though.

    Here's the pictures:

I just threw this one in, it's not an order form for the figure, but I believe it's the first appearance of Starduster on paper. I'm 99% certain that "Starduster version A" was only available through the cereal.

I believe this is the first Hasbro direct Starduster order form. This could have been where "Starduster version B" came from. The order form is dated in 1987. The expiration date for ordering the figure was "June 30, 1988".

This could have been where "Starduster version C" came from, because if you notice in the picture, he doesn't have the Recondo chest in this picture. This order form is dated in 1989. The expiration date for ordering the figure was "June 30, 1991".

    Thanks,
    Everett

Awesome info Everett. I'm so glad you posted this stuff. Just being able to see and read about this is fun.

Do you have any idea when Ralston stopped making Action Stars cereal?

I remember getting at least one box of this stuff back in the day. They had little cut out radar stations and such right? Seem to remember having that. I still think starduster is not the best color/combination of parts, but would dig getting one.
