Yes there is a starduster, quick kick and flint. Not sure if the flint and quick kick boxes were released in smaller markets or at all but i do know that they are the only ones i have not been able to find. If anybody has them please let me know.

    Yeah Drew,

I was going to tell you about this before, but I figured I would share it in this posting for others that might be interested as well. I know that you like to date your Funskool figures by the markings on the back of the card backs, so this might interest you.

I've included a couple of pictures below of when the GI Joe Cereal boxes were released. There is a small little clock stamped on one of the small box flaps on the bottom of the box. This is a time table of when the boxes were released.

On my (Duke, Shipwreck, Gung-Ho), they were released in "June of 1985". On my (Starduster, Flint, Quick Kick), they were released in "November of 1985". On an off topic, it actually gives proof that the Starduster figure was released before 1987, like the archives states.

If you'll notice by the pictures below of the small clock, the number missing refers to the month that the box was released, and the number "85" below the clock refers to the year 1985. I also have a Duke "Buyers Sample box" that doesn't have the small clock on it at all.

    Here's the pictures:

    Thanks,
    Everett

    Yeah,

Your welcome, and welcome to the site as well. My GI Joe Cereal boxes are my most favorite pieces in my collection. I bought my Flint & Quick Kick from a person who lives in San Diego, but I drove my motorcycle to Chicago to pick them up in person, which is about 2 1/2 hours away. It was a nice warm, sunny ride to Chicago, but needless to say it started pouring down rain from the time I left Chicago until I got back home. Did I mention that I was on a motorcycle with NO helmet, and just a t-shirt and a pair of shorts on? I'm used to working long 15-16 hour days, but I was never that exhausted from just a few hours before. I know it's kind of a boring story, but I'll never forget it.

    Thanks,
    Everett
