Ok I got a question about Astro Vipers...

Did they ever appear in the comics? (I only have 2 or 3 issues and I wasn't into the comic books as a kid)

If they did it would have probably been issues 146-148. Those isues featured the Joe Star Brigade.

They came out much earlier than that, and I seem to recall one panel or two of them around a satellite, but I am not sure if that was in a comic or not.

Hi Erick , I've just checked all 155 GI JOE Marvel comics and there isn't any sign of astro viper.
I don't know where you can find it

Yep, thanks for your effort Alex, I've come to the conclusion that the scene than John remembers was probably from a commercial, I should better check the Yojoe.com video archive...

I thought an Astro Viper infiltrated the Pit 2 by hanging underneath Flint and Lady Jaye's ride. I could be way off tho since it has been years since I looked at my Joe comics.
