Looking for a swedish Action Force cover origin

I'm trying to find out where the cover of the first Swedish issue (#1, 1988) of Action Force came from. Obviously, it's not from any of the American GI Joe issues. There are two stories in the book, taken from GI Joe #44-45.

I think it could be taken from a poster or something like that, and I checked the poster-archive at YoJoe but didnät find anything.

The danish first issue had the same cover as the swedish one.
