FIREFLY (v26) Variation

I notice a variation in the bottom of Firefly v26 feet. As this might not be a big deal thought I'd post it.
Bought both at Wmart about a month apart. both are from the box set Cobra Invasion Team.
pics might not me that good so I'll describe.
The variation is the tread patern and stand hole. also molded print. looks like (2013 hasbro sa) other foot (made in China c-oo1D)
plus the both stand holes are very shallow and not deep at all.
Side view you really cant tell the defiance between the two figures.

The basic looking feet that are on ,"say 30th Cobra Trooper or 30th Stalker" I dont have but the one that has words and numbers on the feet and shallow stand holes that are moved to the back of the foot is 30211.

ok took some time. Found date codes on 2 diffrent packs at Toys R us.
top set of feet (in pic) date code 23561
bottom set of feet (in pic) date code 30211
