New to forum, need help

I have some items that I am not sure what they are and I was wondering if anyone here could help me identify them.

Looks like mostly Formative International's line of Soldiers of the World (1997-2002). From what I can see, all of the uniforms and gear are SOTW, on SOTW figures, with the exception of one, or possibly two G.I. Joe figures. The one in the dress blues in the middle is definitely a G.I. Joe (or at least the headsculpt is), and the one in the bush hat with green name tapes on his uniform on the bottom row might be a Joe. It's kind of hard to tell for sure, with the quality of the pic. One way to tell for sure is that the SOTW figures were quite a bit taller and had really thick torsos compared to other figures.
