Unknown POC Alley Viper

OK guys, need some experts here.......

Picked this one up in a recent collection purchase. Anyone know if there is anything out of the ordinary about this otherwise common POC Alley Viper prototype? The original owner could not remember much about why this one in particular was any more special than a typical prototype. Any constructive help is very much appreciated.....

It pretty much looks like a common Alley-Viper prototype, the only difference being he doesn't have his tonfa or the other knife that goes into one of his sheaths.
