I haven't done any customizing in quite a while, so this is a relatively simple custom to get me back in the swing of things. I've had this idea since first seeing the Retaliation Ultimate Snake Eyes. I've always been a fan of the v2 torso with v1 commando pants, so that's the vibe I was going for here. Hope y'all like it!
