Help ID this Adventure Team joe

As stated I am looking for help to ID this long lost joe. I know nothing about 12" joes as those were before my time. The funny story on this one is I found it this past weekend in of all places the ventaltion duct of the house. Some poor kid must have hid him down there years ago and by luck while doing some cleaning here he is. I couldn't find his legs or anything else, just what you see in the picture. He was a bit dusty but cleaned up pretty decent. Thanks in advance for any help.

Looks like you have parts to a pre-Kung-Fu-Grip "Sea Adventurer". They were made between 1970 to 1973. The flocking (a.k.a. "life-like hair and beard") on the head looks perfect, definitely a good selling point for collectors looking for a replacement.
