With Hasbro updating their website with new BTR, it seems like the wait for new sets may be over soon.

Would you buy any of these? Are they going to be $1.99 at TRU again late next year? Thoughts? Opinions?

Definitely getting them, have some on the way.

Also of note from the website, the Rapid Runner with Chief Torpedo and the Night Prowler with Shadow Viper are shown in the new style box packaging, so we may finally be getting these.

Distribution has been VERY spotty so far, I only know of a few of the new sets showing up in Oklahoma.

I used the customer service thing on the Hasbro site to ask about them, but got the basic canned answer as to where they are available.

I'll probably pick up the HISS, and maybe the HQ once it hits clearance racks (just because I want that AVAC).

I'll pick up all of them if and when they hit clearance, but I will definitely be getting that base right off the bat, because it looks really cool (I can just play off the lego junk as being a result of a prefab base) and also 'cause that avac figure looks awesome. If it ever goes on clearance you can bet I will buy a ton and make a massive base and hoard all of the cool avac figures. I just wish there was an easier more effective way of getting rid of the darn pegs from the figures forearms and legs.

While that Joe Base is looking pretty nice.. as are many of the vehicles (like that HISS tank ). I personally won't be buying any of these BTR kits. I'm not knocking em... just not interested in covering that much of the GI Joe merchandise. I'll continue to stick with just Figures and small vehicles that interest me as well as Video releases and possibly more comics (which is a majorly small subset of the overall line of GI Joe products). I don't have the space for any more than what I am interested in

I love em. I can't get over how better designed they are compared to some of the early Joe/Cobra vehicles IMO. I was always worried about how I was gonna incorporate them in with my other joes. Heck the way it's going they are gonna be in their own little world. Thanks for the awesome links guys!
