Everything in your pictures looks to be a US release (not International). And some of it is customized (parts swaps and colored with markers it looks like). Also there are a couple of things that are not from G.I.JOE toy lines.

This thread would be best moved to the vintage 1982-1994 section.
    Take it easy,

    Chun Li (street fighter)

the white square thing is the Hovercraft for cobra I believe from 1989

then the Star Wars galactic heroes speeder bike

    second row of figures:

mix mash of parts heat viper, demon driver head, sky patrol guy chest
    toxo viper v2
    breaker
    storm shadow v3

    action soldier
    Bison (street fighter)
    Astro viper v2
    zanzibar
    not a joe

    Row Three

    Raptor
    Snake Eyes v4

    Picture 2

    top row

    2nd row

can't tell on the first one....looks to be a mix match
    alley viper v2
    Ryu v1 (street fighter)
    Countdown v3
    colonel courage

the animal is Max from Spearhead and max

    I think that is everything

you can use the toy section of the top menu and go and see each figure and what accessories go to which ones

good luck, some nice looking stuff you found, always cool to find those at a thrift shop (and not pay $$$$$$ what they 'think' they are worth)
