Yeah I'm curious to hear the results, or comments & opinions that you might have to share about the whole thing. It would be great to see some pictures as well- if that's at all possible ?

    LOL.

I've found myself buying up more 80s army builders lately. They never get old.

My nephew came over saturday and interestingly, even though there's plenty modern Joes laying around, he prefers the o-ring Joes for play time. "The other ones fall apart" he says. I concur.

The guy who posted on here was all hyped to buy a couple snow serpents right up until it came time to pay for them....
Not sure if it's legit or not. I was more than willing to liquidate my squad!

Wow, I find your experiment all very interesting and wish you the best in this journey Eric!

One thing I've learned about the 1985 SNOW SERPENT is that it's one VERY freakin' durable figure. The way this figure was engineered and manufactured, inadvertantly made this figure one of the most durable (if not indestructible) figures in all of the vintage 80s line! It's personally one of my favorites as well - HAPPY HOLIDAYS

I think this guy may have given up. I got a few on ebay the other day for decent prices. I've also heard from 3 different sellers that they contacted him and he didn't even respond.

That would be great news for a lot of collectors I bet ? LOL what kind of money would you say is a decent price ?

Now we'll never know how supply and demand are effected by one über rich casino executive's grand experiment!

Didn't he say he was willing to sink another 3M into it?

saying & doing are two different things LOL ! I hope he does move onto something else, what ever that might be ? even if he does flood the market with his army of snow serpents, I would bet they still bring $10 - $15 EA, unless he sells them in large quantities. they are one of the coolest COBRA army builders after all
