    Thrasher variant?

While sorting through a few boxes of old stuff, I came across these figures. I know the top right is Recondo, but not sure about the others. I did some research and found the top center is Thrasher, but it doesn't match any design I have found so far. Is this a variant of some kind? I am curious to know what this is. Any help appreciated. Oh, do you know what the other figures are as well?

Sorry dude, it's not. The legs are from 1987 Sea-slug.
