I found this this figure in a mass pickup. But I noticed a small paint difference. Specifically on the arm, one has the black striping the other has just a yellow arm. Has anyone seen this before?

Is that part of the arm twisted around? The color could be on the other side.

No it's not...I checked from all the angles I could. I kept her carded.
