White Black Major prototype customs

So I purchased a few of the black major prototype white cobra soldiers.

Now I am trying to figure out what and how to get them customized. How can I dye paint them?

If you can direct me to "How to" I would appreciate it.

Originally I wanted them to be a sub team of the snow serpents and use their colors but now....
