cover 212 infomation

I just saw the cover to G.I.Joe a real American hero 212, anyone know where a good copy of this is? and if theres any listing of the cobra's on it? and even though they show all these other leaders from down the years and they show others from the red shadows, why wasn't a pic of Baron Ironblood on it?

As to why no Baron IronBlood? Perhaps they wanted to avoid confusion since he has not been in the comic yet, but since there is a fatal fluffy on the cover that argument is moot. There is only so much room on a cover I guess.
