Revolution #2 & #3 plus One Shots

In the Revolution section, Revolution #2 & #3 have been added. Revolution takes place in the "IDW Continuity", which is the continuity that was started by IDW in 2009 (not the ARAH comics Larry Hama currently writes). Also for all of the Transformers series, the "IDW Transformers Generation 1" continuity, which began in 2005, is now directly connected to GI Joe through the Revolution crossover. GI Joe characters will be appearing directly in many of these crossover titles.

Revolution #2

Scarlett and the MASK team meet and she learns about skills and vehicles. ROM and Optimus Prime have an epic fight before the Prime learns about the Dire Wraiths that have disguised themselves as humans. And the MASK team engages in its first battle with a Transformer.

Revolution #3

The Micronaut crew and Baron Karza cross over from Microspace and ORE-13 is drawn back creating a space bridge that is slowly destroying Earth, giving power to the Dire Wraiths and allowing Microspace to be saved. And Snake Eyes shows up on secret mission.

Revolution One Shots Action Man and Transformers continue to directly connect the characters and stories. The IDW Hasbro Universe Comic Crossover event has released One Shots for MASK, ROM, Micronauts, Action Man and Transformers. Still to be released are GI Joe, Transformers Till All Are One, Transformers More Than Meets the Eye.

Revolution Action Man One Shot
Miles "Mayhem" Manheim has captured Kup, a Transformer and brought him to Governor's Island, the GI Joe headquarters. Action Man along with his support team sneak into the GI Joe HQ but it becomes a full blown attack as he tries to rescue Kup. Mainframe along with Helix work secretly with Action Man to rescue Kup. Well, the Earth Defense Command personnel stays out of the fight as does MASK agent Matt Trakker.

Revolution Transformers One Shot
Marissa Faireborn and the President of the United States fight Dire Wraiths in the White House as Thundercracker and his team come to support and save them all.


Also the Road to Revolution - 100 Page Wonder is released with commentary by John Barber that showcases the key issues of Transformers and GI Joe continuities and series that support how they tie into Revolution.
