\r\n Hello
\n
\nJust wondering if anyone knows what comics numbers the Gi joe special missions - Order of Battle - Gi JOE vs Transformers - 3D fits in to the original marvel run? Or do these not have any tie ins what so ever to the original Marvel 1-155 run?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks\r\n

\r\n Order of Battle is just a series of profiles - there\'s no actually story in them. Special Missions generally takes place around the same time as the corresponding main line title issues - check the cover dates for more specifics. The only one that really matters is that Special Missions 6 takes place after Marvel 61. GI Joe vs Transformers vaguely takes place around Marvel 64, but there are continuity snarls within. It fits better with the main Transformers title, really. Just assume something vaguely similar occurred around that time, and then the Transformers Generation 2 crossover follows from there. Note however, that even the Generation 2 comic presents continuity issues as major events that occur in that title are never mentioned in GI Joe.\r\n

Thanks for the info! What three issues occurred with the rest? Also did any of the European gi joe comic 1-50 fit in at all or the 3D comics in 1987? Thanks\r\n

\nThe European Missions have very little if any bearing on the Marvel run.
\nThey were published from June of 88 (Marvel issue 72) to August of 89 (Marvel number 89)
\nThey are all individual stories, none of them written by Larry Hama, but many were written by Simon Furman, you may have heard of him.
    \n
\nThe 3D comics, again, no connection to the Hama run but they are fun in their own way.\r\n

\r\n The European Missions issues are actually a continuation of the Action Force weekly comic from the UK. It\'s its own continuity.\r\n

      Hello

Just wondering if anyone knows what comics numbers the Gi joe special missions - Order of Battle - Gi JOE vs Transformers - 3D fits in to the original marvel run? Or do these not have any tie ins what so ever to the original Marvel 1-155 run?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
