Flag Point Value of Every GI Joe item 1982-1994...except for one

Almost a decade ago there was a thread here which attempted to collect as many Flag Point values as possible for the ARAH toys from 1982-1994. (See here.) It was never completed, so far as I could tell, and I haven't found any other resource providing such a listing. So I decided to try to fill in the remaining gaps myself, and as of this afternoon I was able to do it, with a single exception. As noted in the original thread, the Rolling Thunder does not have a Flag Point token on its box (edit: it did in Canada, though, see below), which is where you would expect to find it. It's possible that there was some kind of insert which had some Flag Points on it, but that hasn't been confirmed or denied yet, and since it would probably require someone to open a mint unopened Rolling Thunder, it's not likely to happen any time soon. So for now, I'm content to leave it as the only unknown. And it might be the only mainstream ARAH item that simply did not include any Flag Points. Based on the retail price of the item as compared to similarly-priced items available around the same time, I suspect that the Rolling Thunder would have been worth 5 or 6 Flag Points if it had any (edit: its value was 8 FP in Canada). The gaps were filled mostly through image searches and on eBay, including having to pester a few sellers to provide additional photos of boxed items they were selling. The complete list is below, broken down by year. I have included items available at retail in the US. If an item is not listed here, you can assume it did not have Flag Points (for example, some Sears exclusive items did not). But if you notice any possible omissions, feel free to mention them.

The flag points on my Canadian Rolling Thunder box is 8. Comparing your list to flag point values printed on Canadian boxes, they're all the same.
If there was a paper flag point insert inside US boxes, I suspect it was either 8 or multiple flag points equalling 8 (like mail-away inserts).
However, this may be a case where the US boxed Rolling Thunders were unique, having no flag points at all.

Never knew the points went that high. With the points from the flagg and defiant along you could've ordered everything at once.

Thanks for this info, I've never noted any differences in Flag Point values between US and Canada either. I'll add this info to the list, with an asterisk.

    Updated list

I added the Target-exclusive Hit&Run which came with the Parachute Pack in 1988. It had a Flag Point value of 2. And making that simple change completely destroyed the formatting of everything. I've tried everything I can think of to make it recognize line breaks but nothing works.

    Fixed

I had to go back in and manually enter the <breaks>.

    Now KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF!!!

Lol, j/k. But seriously, if you go back and edit that post at all it will revert back to it's running sentence format. Or when you edit it you'll have to add the breaks back in before saving it.

But hell of a list you've compiled. It was pretty cool to see how those all were distributed.

Thanks! I'm not going to even touch the Edit Post button, so can you explain what you did to insert the breaks. I tried every variation I could think of and none of them worked. And I don't know why the edit knocked them all out in the first place either.
