Action Pilot v3??

I picked up this Action Pilot figure, that looks a lot like the 30th Anniversary 1994 Action Pilot v1 and v2...but this one has slightly different color - a bright yellow vest and gold helmet. It also has the keychain hook on the back that existed with some other other "action" figures that were con exclusives. Anyone know anything about this version and when/where it came from?
