Download to excel option not working.

I have tried to download my have/want lists. Page will not load. Can anyone confirm?

I will honest and say I don't know what is happening. I am not familiar with the My Collection software that is installed on the site. I will need to send an email to another person next week and see if I can get an answer. If you don't hear back from me in a week, then please bump this post.
