Need help identifying a few of the last Joes in my collection

    Hello!
I recently dug out my old G.I. Joe collection and have been busy cataloging 70+. This site has been amazing and I would not have been able to get where I am without it. I've ruled out a few weapons as being part of accessory packs and have actually identified a few Joes by their weapons/accessories.

Can anyone help with these last few?

    Thanks in advance!

You the man! I also figured out the climbing Axe is Alpine's. You were correct about Recondo's legs, I had these ones with him (in picture). Any idea who's legs these are?

Also, does that look like Spirit's or Raptor's eagle? I'm starting to think the black eagle is not G.I. Joe.

Any help on that backpack and/or the device attached to that hose would be much appreciated.

    Thanks again!

The legs are Ripcord (v1) https://www.yojoe.com/action/84/ripcord.shtml

The falcon is Raptor's, not sure about the eagle.

not sure on the backpack either. I tried looking through the WHOBIT (https://www.yojoe.com/action/whobit/) but no dice.

Good luck! Post more photos of the collection, would be fun to see

Hah! As I was going through the years, I knew I had Ripcord at some point. I remember his cool oxygen mask. The rest of him may be in one of my old boxes of crap, but not likely.
It turns out that backpack was not a Joe backpack, I didn't bother to look close enough; there is no peg for inserting into a back (some weird grid instead), my fault! The device with a hose, is not the standard hose, it's not a hose at all. It may still go to someone, maybe i'll figure it out as I go through and begin repairing O-rings.

I found the name of that odd one. Gristle (1993). Which makes no sense. My collection is from 82 - 87, and there is a hard cut-off there. I must have focused mostly on sports stuff after 87, and would eventually return to G.I. Joes in 2021!

    Here's where I'm at so far. https://imgur.com/a/iGVwUaW
I removed all weapons from hands (without damage), but managed to break Roadblock's crotch while casually straightening out his legs (a new crotch is already on the way).

I plan on putting a short video of my G.I. Joe fun, on Youtube, in a couple weeks; my channel is: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCku...PMjeEohtWmBfDA

    Thank you, again!

    What now???

That's a really, really nice looking collection! You said it's your childhood collection and been in storage? That Coco is beautiful! Doesn't even look played with! The Stormy looks great...all those accessories!!! What an awesome thing to find. Are you planning on keeping them or getting rid of them? I would be very careful replacing O-Rings and for any of the oldest figs...the 82-84 use the THIN o-ring...just to be safe!!!

It looks like you got everything matched up with what's what....please do keep us posted on what your plans are!!! As I look over the figs part of me says....SELL EM...TO ME!!!! for really cheap? Haha or ya know...piece them out and rake in the cash!!! Buuuuut another part of me says....HOLD ONTO THE MEMORIES and fix them all up and keep them!!! Display them and grow the collection further!!! But whatever you choose.... IMPRESSIVE COLLECTION for sure, you were loved as a kid clearly!!! And keep us posted here!

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I finished a video about, here: https://youtu.be/b2s4srPnCac

I got pretty good (or got lucky) at replacing the O-rings...all except 1 towards the end. Stalker. As soon as I started messing with him, the crotch broke. Then, it seemed like the torso was fused together. I stupidly pried it open from the bottom and cracked his collar off as well. I now realize I should have carefully pried open, from the top, probably with an exacto knife or something. Ah well. I repaired with PVC cement, and it's good enough for storage.

I had a lot of fun researching them and remembering, cataloging, etc. They're my kids now. You'll have to talk to them about selling, and I don't think you'll have much luck!

I have gotten into the classifieds and retros, a bit. I'm a sucker for "hard to find" items.
